They explain the relationship between us and you as a player, and set out your responsibilities when you open and operate an account. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details correct and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not allow others to access your account, and you must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend, restrict or close accounts where we suspect fraud, chargebacks, multi-accounting or breaches of these terms. Any funds held in accounts subject to investigation may be frozen pending verification.

We reserve the right to refuse registrations from certain countries or territories and to block access where local law prohibits offshore gambling. Only one account is permitted per person, household and payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable platform use
Our services must be used lawfully and fairly. You must not attempt to manipulate games, use automated software, collude with other players, or exploit technical faults. Using VPNs or other tools to bypass geographic restrictions is not permitted. Any behaviour intended to abuse promotions, circumvent limits or undermine the integrity of the platform will result in corrective action, including forfeiture of bonus funds and closure of the account.
General bonus and promotion rules
Bonuses and promotions are governed by specific terms that are available on the promotions page and at the time you claim an offer. Offers may include wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games and time limits. Bonuses are limited to one per person, household and IP address unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to void or reclaim bonus funds and related winnings where we reasonably believe the offer has been abused.
Deposits and withdrawals
Accepted payment methods, minimum and maximum amounts and processing times may vary by method. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the account holder’s name. We require identity and source-of-funds verification before the first withdrawal and for any transaction that triggers our risk checks. Bank or network fees may apply and are the responsibility of the player.
